For 20 years, the number of families in America has been on the decline. The number of households where parents live with children under the age of 18 has fallen by more than three million in the last decade alone (although you wouldn't know it from the strength of the latest custom building market).
The main question: is the pandemic of Covid-19 going to have any effect on this trend?
We have set out to address that in our latest report, and along the way, to explore recently released US Census Bureau data, to decide which states and cities in America are most densely populated with families.
We started our research by determining where families are largest-and houses are most complete-by both states.
