As a result of early efforts to obtain vaccine applicants, rapid progress in the approval of authorities and successful administration facilities, some governments are now moving forward with their efforts to implement mass vaccination against Covid-19. Our World in Data website has kept tabs on the jabs and its findings show that Israel is leading the race to meet the 60-70 percent threshold required to suppress Covid-19's spread among the general population.
Israel had distributed 12.59 doses per 100 of its people by January 02, around 1.09 million in total. That is the highest rate of Covid-19 vaccination so far, substantially more than Bahrain's 3.57 doses per 1 per 1 in second position.
