Much like no magic pill is available to avoid cognitive deterioration, as you age, no single almighty brain food will guarantee a sharp brain. Nutritionists stress that pursuing a balanced dietary pattern containing a lot of fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains is the most effective technique. Try to get protein from plant sources and fish and select good fats instead of saturated fats, such as olive oil or canola.
In this general scheme, some foods are especially rich in safe components, such as omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins and antioxidants, which are considered to promote brain health and are sometimes referred to as foods. Regularly incorporating many of these foods into a balanced diet will boost your brain's health, which may translate into improved mental function.
