For more than looking confident, having a good posture is important. It is one of the most prevalent causes to back issues that 80 % of Americans would encounter at least once in their lives. For it to effect your back, your posture doesn't have to be absolutely bad either; even leaning forward at an angle of 30 degrees in your office chair will inflict 3 to 4 times more stress on your back. Luckily, if you are constantly conscious, poor posture is easily fixable. If you are sitting, sleeping, or standing, it is important to learn how to have the correct posture so that you can alleviate or remove back pain.
