Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have been either compelled to or encouraged to work from home in 2020. We are at an all-time high for people working from home in the United Kingdom and 46.6 percent of employees did at least some work from home in April 2020.

Although it's important for us to take a serious approach to our new working lifestyle, it's also important that we refrain from working too hard to learn how to sit comfortably on a computer to find the right ergonomic office chair that fits us.

With several individuals citing COVID-19 and national lockdowns as a major trigger, stress levels are on the rise. We think it's safe to take a step back from the hustle and bustle of office politics for a moment, busy deadlines and report writing and engage in something dumb.
