Dry rub mixes are a perfect way to add a lot of flavour without adding tonnes of extra fat to beef, poultry and fish. In reality, for you vegans out there, they're also great on tofu; just sprinkle it on after your usual marinade. A lot of the time, instead of putting together our own, we opt for premade rubs. Sure, store-bought may be a little quicker for teens, but they just don't pack the same punch of flavour as DIY rubs.
