The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) was established in the United States on 29 December 1979 under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. As an American Branch Department of Labor, it works to ensure that there are safe and secure working conditions for workers at businesses across America. It offers help, education , training, and staff outreach throughout the U.S. When a company is found to have violations at its operational locations, they will definitely result in heavy OSHA fines.
