By 2019, 1 in 10 Americans worked at least once a week from home, but with Covid-19 increasingly closing down companies around the world, more employers are sending their staff home indefinitely. Yet will at-home jobs be too overwhelmed by the everyday life activities taking place around them? Will they be concentrated, and productive?

Indeed, the vast majority of remote workers increase productivity and focus while reducing stress levels and enjoying a better work-life balance.With staff at homeworking organisations, 106 percent have more commitment at work. Showing trust in workers helps 76 per cent of workers feel more engaged in tasks.

Trust also means lower levels of stress, with the study showing that 74 percent of workers say feeling respected while working remotely reduces levels of stress. Forty per cent of employees claim they are less likely to be burnout when they feel respected at their company. While feeling respected while working at home, 29 per cent report they have higher overall life satisfaction.
