Though self care seems simple in practice, it can actually be hard to find time to care for ourselves when we have a busy schedule. Especially while working, both at home and in the office.

Meanwhile, physical activities such as short walks, drinking water and doing short exercise routines from your desk can help keep your body energized and feeling good.
