Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a newly discovered coronavirus-caused infectious disease.
Many COVID-19 affected people experience mild to severe respiratory illness, chest pain and fever etc. Based on current records, it is more likely that 65 years and older people with existing medical conditions such as asthma, chronic pulmonary disease, coronary disease and cancer may experience severe illness.
People who have the virus can catch coronavirus from others. This occurs most frequently when an affected person sneezes or coughs, shooting out small droplets into the air.
While the US surpasses 280,000 confirmed COVID-19 cases, with more than 1 million recorded cases globally, the most important precautions are social distancing with vigorously washing your face, an imperative even though you wear a cloth mask.
