Everyone who wants to better their health — I'm thinking about people here — knows it's not as easy as doing one type of exercise a couple of times a week. Just push-ups, or even riding a bike, isn't enough. Instead, you need to do a number of things for all-around health: weight training, aerobic exercise, stretching etc.
And a happy dog wants to do the same! When your dog's only workout ever gets is going for the occasional run (cardiovascular workout), that's certainly better than nothing — but what about muscle tone and strength training? And equilibrating the preparation to develop core strength?
