Because of the COVID-19 crisis millions of people now work from home. Although some have a cozy home office, others from the couch or kitchen table are now working. That is bad news for safety in the back. Bad posture may lead to strained and overworked muscles while seated and standing. Weak core muscles really don't help. Back pain makes concentration, making choices and having a decent night's sleep more challenging – all of which can already be a struggle under these circumstances.
