The growth of technology has had a drastic impact on modern day kids who grow up cuddling iphones, play sport on the Xbox instead of outside, and are even known to spend time on their mobile devices with peers and friends.
Nonetheless, parents are also recognizing the tremendous benefits that technology can offer to their children and teens, according to the Real Insurance Australian Kids and Technology report. What is significant, of course, is that, irrespective of the advantages and disadvantages of using technology, 92.9% of parents believe that a balance must be struck between digital and physical play and interaction.
