This year, Spanish cheesecake is truly a boom. San Sebastian Cheesecake, a tasty dessert, is steadily being offered by cafes. And indeed this dessert is cited in Spanish. The history began with La Viña restaurant in San Sebastian, and it is now almost the most "imitated" cake in the world.
Of note, the original recipe is still in the hands of La Viña chefs, and they have not disclosed the identity to anyone else. We highly recommend doing a cheesecake close to home.
