But are you outsourcing an organization or setting up an in-house team? One of the most difficult parts of running a business is attracting and maintaining the right talent, but it can be even more daunting when you're looking for expertise in a different industry than the one you're working with. It's one of the many reasons that partner firms market for this. Not only do you have access to a wider range of marketing tools and expertise, but you also have more flexibility about when and how much resource you need.

It can also be more cost-effective as well–the real cost of recruiting someone is said to be two and a half times their wage by having a factor in benefits, tax, pension schemes, holiday and sick pay, plus training and equipment.
