Millennials, also known as Generation Y, are those born between the early 1980s and the mid-to-late 1990s at some point. Millennials are, unfortunately, quite often a topic of heated and negative discussion about their financial future.

Hawaii tops the list as the hardest place to live in for Millennials. In Hawaii, the Millennials average student debt per borrower is $24,955, while the average wage is just $39,000.
