Recent research shows that businesses have a huge opportunity to increase their commitment to their millennial workforce. Even surprisingly, 62% of millennials say they prefer to avoid changing jobs for the most part.
Millennials, however, need to feel connected to their work. Gallup found that 55% of millennials are "not engaged," meaning that they "feel unattached to their current position or business." Not only that: 16% of millennials are "actively disengaged." Only 29% of millennials say they feel engaged in the workplace.
