It is not something we like to think about, but it is true: we are in an autopilot, about half the time we spend dreaming, repeating in the same sense the same actions and thoughts. Once we make these behaviors, there is a fixed pattern. It ends with a hint; at midday your belly grogs.
You then pursue your routine carelessly; you go to the cafeteria and buy a cookie. Our habits are a gift for that reason; you bite into that succulent cookie and it's delicious. They are so difficult to break. But how about this bad habits if you want to break? You can break out of this loop if you are in charge.
