I see very few of the debates on how to spend or even the advantages of UI / UX. The priority list typically includes more features, performance and stability. I consider it disconcerting (and I'm not just a programmer of the UI!). Investing in the user interface of your company has a possible very high ROI which is lacking by many SaaS businesses. And it doesn't seem so difficult.
This particularly applies to products with a higher churn rate than desired (usually indicator that the technology is not easy to use or not sufficiently in line with the lives of users). So why is the UI / UX ROI so much improved? The exact ROI is difficult to measure because the various metrics for each product are identical.
As a rule, each dollar returns 10-$100 dollars in organizations that consistently concentrate on enhancements to UI/ UX. It is because you do not need to linearly increase the costs of changing part of your SaaS service. Concentrations on design save costs, particularly early in the development cycle of the product.
