Take your thoughts back a few weeks ago: Boris Johnson presented us with his first speech in July 2019 as Prime Minister with his strategy–for the U.K., among other things –to be' the home of electric vehicles.' Ultra-low-emitting cars (ULEVs) comprise a wide range of low-carbon and nil-emitting cars. More and more green vehicles hit our TV screens, billboards and highways from Nissan Leafs to Teslas. There's quite a lot of evidence of the growth of ULEVs, but how achievable is Mr Johnson's objective to achieve ultra-low UK emissions?
