11 Times the Second Amendment Has Been Attacked and Prevailed

In the US, constitutional law is used to safeguard, emphasize and institutionalize what was called the nation's' civil religion' by Robert Bellah (1967). Like the United States The Supreme Court administers the development of the country by providing the power of the founders of the country with institutional reference.

 In glorifying the "founding fathers of the nation," the United States is no exception. However, it is alone in the way in which it attempts by legislation and the interpretation of this legislation to preserve a spatial relationship with these iconic domestic figures. American constitutional legislation is intended to reiterate and reproduce the founding fathers ' values and their ideals.

 This fact is explained by an examination of the Columbia v Heller District (2008) case in this paper. Two main national phenomena in the U.S. concerning constitutional law and the USA are covered in this article. The Second Amendment of the Constitution is notorious. First, the fundamental institutional reverence for the national heroes who began the country for the first time. Secondly, a accurate hermeneutical deference to those founder fathers-in law-which in the developed world mainly does not match.
