I think I'm a casual runner, running for about 20 minutes 2-3 times a week. I'm not running a marathon with any current goals, but I want to make sure I keep my legs healthy. The best way to keep your legs healthy is to follow the advice of your doctor, evaluate the weaknesses and strengths of your legs, exercise and rest your legs.
