A new generation is beginning to enter the workforce, and the office could change dramatically, as you know. Generation Z, born after 1996, is about to hit the world of work in a big way. Bridge Works, a consulting company, estimates that Gen Z accounts for 61 million individuals in the U.S., an already bigger number than Generation X and two-thirds of the size of baby boomers. Gen Zers lived a life that was very different from their parents and millennials.
They are a generation that, in many cases, can not remember a life without a smartphone in their hands— and they have no memory beyond the classroom of the 9/11 attacks. As a consequence, businesses seeking recruitment and retention.
