Dry rub mixes are a excellent way to add a lot of flavor to meat, poultry and seafood without adding additional fat to them. In reality, for you vegans out there, they are also fantastic on tofu— just sprinkle it on after your frequent marinade. Much of the moment, instead of putting our own together, we opt for premade rubs. Of course, store-bought may be a teenage bit faster— but they just don't punch the same flavor as DIY rubs.
