You may have attempted a colourful, nutritious superfood latte before if you consider yourself a superfood connoisseur. But you're in for a treat if you haven't. Typically, superfood lattes are produced from milk— made from milk, nuts, or grain — and a superfood ingredient (generally a nutrient-dense food known to deliver a lot of health advantages). Some lattes of superfood also include espresso or coffee to pick me up extra.
